Full Time Property Management Services:
If you own investment property and desire full time management we will be happy to assist you. We provide full management services, including advertising on multiple websites along with other resources, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, inspections, and accounting. Located on the right is a full list of services offered with full time management.
One-time rental services:
If you prefer to be more involved with the residents, but need a little help finding the right tenant our one-time rental service may be better for you. If you choose this service we will advertise the property, screen applicants, collect the security deposit, and sign the lease. Once this process is completed we will send you the application and all signed documents along with the security deposit and rent collected. This service can be provided for a fee equal to one month’s rent.
