TLG MAINTENANCE
TLG Maintenance, operated by Terry L. Gearheart, oversees all of the maintenance for East Carolina Property Management, Inc.
Terry has been in property management for over 20 years and is knowledgeable about the needs of investment property. He takes care of property as if it were his own.
SERVICES & FEES
TLG Maintenance charges $35 per hour per service call, plus any materials used to perform the service work, for service performed during business hours.
Emergency after-hours service calls are $70 per hour per service call, plus any materials used to perform the service work.
There are no charges for troubleshooting.
